Rape & Sexual Abuse Counselling Centre provides expert support to survivors across Darlington and County Durham, has made the investment to ensure women in crisis or those who are struggling with the long-term impacts of sexual violence can access confidential assistance over the phone.

Free, safe and anonymous mental wellbeing support for adults across the UK
Open to all young people in the Darlington area – these weekly sessions begin Monday 13 July and can be used for acute issues or if necessary you can self-refer for longer term counselling.
