What do you enjoy about your course?
You get to study different subjects within engineering and the opportunity to go to university.
What attracted you to Darlington College?
I decided to leave the Navy and I wanted a change of career, the college had a lot to offer in courses and facilities.
What are your career aspirations?
I see myself doing research within the chemical engineering sector in a large research team.
What is the next step in your education?
I would like to do a masters degree in materials and chemical engineering.
How has this course prepared you for the next step?
This course has given me knowledge in multiple engineering disciplines rather than one specific sector.
What advice would you give to other students wanting to study at the college?
I would highly recommend hitting deadlines rather than leaving them to the last minute. You also get good feedback from the tutors on your work
