What's Involved

The period of learning, development and continuous assessment is managed by the employer, in collaboration with the college. The programme covers a wide range of the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to be an effective Customer Service Practitioner. This includes: demonstrating interpersonal skills, effective communication and being able to show the appropriate level of knowledge about the organisation and its customers.

Course Assessment Method

The end point assessment is synoptic and takes place at the end of the apprentice’s learning and development, after a minimum of 12 month’s on programme learning. The assessment consists of 3 assessment methods. The first of which is the submission of a showcase of work completed, the second is a practical observation of the learner in their workplace and the final method is a Professional discussion to establish the learner`s level of skill knowledge and behaviour prior to awarding then their Apprenticeship.
