You will need to be working in a managerial or leadership role with a Level 3 qualification. You will be required to have an interview/informal chat with the tutor before enrolling on this course.

Course Assessment Method
Assessment is via a continuous process and there are no exams. In effect this means that assignments and module assessments are completed throughout the year. Continuous assessment means that you know how you are progressing and can talk about this to your tutor. The whole programme is externally assessed by the Institute to ensure national standards are maintained.
This course can lead to a wide range of management careers. You may want to study further and continue on to the Level 7 Strategic Management and Leadership course.
