The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) is the professional body for Accounting Technicians and is sponsored by four UK Chartered Accountancy bodies. The aim of this course is to introduce you to basic financial accounting, cost accounting and computerised accounting to enable you to work effectively in accounting and finance.

The tuition will take the format of lectures, with you completing exercises and other individual or group work as appropriate. You will be expected to complete approximately 2-3 hours of private study per week.
Course Assessment Method
All of the units within the qualification are mandatory: Four units are assessed individually in end-of-unit assessments, but this qualification also includes a synoptic assessment that students sat towards the end of the qualification. The synoptic assessment draws on and assesses knowledge and understanding from across the qualification:
